Because these are digital files, there are no returns.
Refund
We only have a Guarantee Policy. This is the only form of “Refund” we have.
To use our Guarantee Policy, you must submit a screenshot of your failing grade, your name. and date that you took the test.
Please give our team 4-5 business days to respond. From there it will be up to your card holder and our processor to see how long it will take to get your money back. But you will get it back if you follow the Guarantee Policy.
